I use Sandbox+ as well as hide infected moodlet. I took a laceration that quickly killed me through (I assume) infection, but I couldn't see it as the moodlet is hidden (I like suspance). I have infection kill time set at 12 hours but it only took about 6, but I did have the sickly trait.
