ATT active armor. I installed ATT active armor the free version. It ended up silencing my text message alerts and also blocking any texts I receive from banks and those I get for 2 factor authentication. I removed the app but the problem persisted. I phoned ATT and they told me to reinstall app, deselect any blocking, then uninstall.
