2024 145 nclex questions and good pop up - took ncelx today at 1, and got all 145 questions. I waited for the email confirming my test was taken and did the pvt and got the good pop up. Does this for sure mean I passed even tho I took all 145 questions?

I was close, which is why the computer let me do the max # of questions. I did the PVT (pearson vue trick) and it let me make a purchase. Bad pop up basically. Two days ago, I took the next gen nclex and stopped at 85 question (new minimum, old one was 75 minimum).To my complete surprise, I got the good pop-up. I've tried the trick two more times since then, following the exact instructions (only changing the expiry month) and still got the same message. I'm in Canada and the quick result option is not offered here.
