I just put the mods in the same hierarchy FUS has outlined. The only mod that crashed my game it turned out was personalized music and that reason I think is song bitrate and length. The Hyborian Age, for example, works great.All ENB's perform within 10% of each other once you turn off postpass, depth of field, ambient occlusion and skylighting. Rudy Cathedral is the safest choice with least flaws. Otherwise just stick to Glamur Reshade. None of the light ENB's are worth it.
