To use custom sights you gotta make the folder yourself. Go to the War Thunder files and make a new folder called “UserSights” then go back in-game and hit Alt-F9. This should cause the setting to appear and download your custom sights. Keep in mind whenever you download new sights its best to reload the sights using Alt-F9 in game.
